I’m so grateful for being given another tremendous opportunity by Norwegian Cruise Line for their new luxury ship, Regent Seven Seas Grandeur. They commissioned 5 original paintings for the public areas and 16 prints for the Grandeur Suites. Once the paintings were complete, they were shipped to London for framing and installation. 

Regent Seven Seas is well-known for showcasing carefully selected, notable art collections across their fleet of five luxury ships. They're like floating museums, but so much more experiential. In fact, two of their ships, Explorer and Splendor, feature works by Picasso, Joan Miró, Marc Chagall, Eduardo Arranz-Bravo, Juan Roberto Diago, and Roberto Matta, among others.

The Director at Norwegian Cruise Line was drawn to my Hazy Day and Intermezzo paintings, so I used those as inspiration for the style of expression and color palette with these new paintings. Always inspired by water and the sky, Tranquil Tides I, Tranquil Tides II and Boundless explore the elements and textures of sights and feelings that could be imagined from the deck of the ship. These original paintings were framed and installed on the public stair landings that go from deck to deck.

The Director of Norwegian Cruise Line licensed my Lakes on Lakes painting for all 16 Grandeur Suites. My favorite part about these suites is the large private balcony and full liquor bar 🤩 but others might like that it comes with a...wait for it...personal butler! Amazing.
